Rates

Our rates are extremely competitive for those wanting to stretch out and relax. Since our home has three separate bedroom with adjoining baths, and can sleep 6 - 8 people comfortably, we feel that it is priced well below what you would pay if you had to rent three rooms at a motel. For example, if you take our High Season rate, and divide it by 3 (assuming 3 separate hotel rooms would be needed) our price works out to roughly $80.00 per night/per bedroom. This rate is less than most hotels in the area. Our house with its 2300 square feet of beautifully decorated living space, including a fully furnished kitchen, dining area and sunken living room, are far superior to a cramped hotel room, or shoebox condo.

Winter and Spring in Florida are considered High Season, and the rates reflect that everywhere you look.

Summer is our slow season, so we offer substantial discounts for those of you who enjoy the beach in the hot summer sun.

Fall is as beautiful as the Spring, but isn't quite as congested as High Season.

These rates include all utilities and 100 channel cable TV. If the stay is for a week, there is no charge to clean the home at the end of your stay. A $75.00 cleaning fee applies for stays of less than one week.

We require a $500.00 Security Deposit, which is fully refundable, after we have had a chance to check the house to see that all is well. We usually refund the deposit within 3 business days of your stay.

Florida requires us to collect an additional 12% Vacation/Sales Tax.

HIGH SEASON: December 19, 2009 to	April 30, 2010	$1,700 per week. Weekly only. Saturday to Saturday preferred.
LOW SEASON: May 1, 2010 to Holiday weeks are rented at High Season pricing.	December 18, 2010	$1,400 per week or $225/night for 3 day minimum.
