Why is 8 the maximum number of guests?
Eight people can stay comfortably at our house without overcrowding. The house has been equipped with that number in mind.

What are the sleeping arrangements like?
There is a queen bed on the main floor, with adjoining bath.
A queen sleeper sofa is on the main floor also.
Upstairs, there is a queen bed with private adjoining bath and jacuzzi.
Also upstairs, there is a double select comfort bed with private adjoining bath.

Do you restrict the types of guests you allow?
Yes we do. This house is perfect for groups from 2 - 8 people. It is great for romantic getaways, family gatherings or for several couples to enjoy. We do not host weddings, prom parties or college students.
